Introduction

Psychotherapy can be life changing; it is always interesting, often exciting or profound, and sometimes humorous. It is sharing a common human journey of growing up emotionally and waking up spiritually. There are no “one size fits all” theories or approaches, so each therapeutic encounter is unique and co-created around your goals.

I consider my approach to be holistic or integrative because I combine traditional talk therapy with other experiential and alternative approaches. I believe that talking and listening carefully are essential to good therapy, along with techniques that integrate the body, imagination, and energy system to access deeper sources of knowledge and wisdom. Drawing upon methods in breathing and relaxation, changing internal states, energy psychology, and meditation, I help people build skills in self knowledge and self regulation.

I provide a safe context for you to explore your experiences and share your concerns with a professional who is dedicated to understanding you and meeting your goals.
